"I just bought my first ATV today, a 2011 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO, from Berglund Outdoors. I had never been on an ATV before prior to walking through the door. I was met by Pete Peters and I told him that I wanted a 2011 Sportsman 500 HO in green, and Pete said I got one! Pete went to his office and returned with a key. He said we are going to take this outside and show you how easy a Polaris is to master. I was riding my first ATV in five minutes. Aaron Peters lowered a chain to give me access to the back trailer area and I was off and riding. I knew that this was the machine for me and Pete and Aaron completed the paperwork and I was approved in five minutes! No high pressure sales and very knowledgable about Polaris machines and accessories. I got my free winch and ordered a plow kit to go with my new machine. Sales manager, Phillip Honaker was fantastic. No extra pressure to purchase extras and helped me pick the financing plan that works best for me. I was very happy with my first ATV purchase and very happy with Berglund Outdoors! Aaron even volunteered to drop off my ATV at my house on his way home from work since I do not yet have a trailer of my own! Polaris can be very proud to have a team like Phillip, Pete, and Aaron representing their company. I will recommend my friends and will purchase my accessories and maybe an ATV for my wife in the future from Berglund Outdoors. I did not know that I would have my ATV so quickly, as I was intending to just look around. It was snowing when I left the dealership, and it all really began to feel like Christmas! "I walked in expecting to be pressured just like everywhere else I had been but these guys didn't do that...sure, I could tell they wanted my business and they asked me a couple of times to buy but I did not feel pressured at all. I came back the next day and bought my awesome Jayco RV. Phillip and the sales staff were wonderful and we then saved $$$ on our RV accessories. We are definitely Berglund Outdoors customers for life...thank you Berglund!"

"I took our camper [25ft] to Berglund for some brake work , Paul and his staff did everything they said they would do. Replaced only the parts that were needed and saved us around $200.00. I could not of asked for better , friendlier . or most important prompt service, Greg one of the service techs was great in fixing the brake controller that was sold to me by another dealer which was either the wrong one or a defect from the factory. We are fans of Berglund Service Department.
